I run product and operations at Spur, where the mission is simple: help schools spend less on admin and more on kids.

At heart, I’m a builder. I obsess over how things come together – the messy process, the people you build with, the late nights and tiny wins – just as much as the final outcome.

Off the clock, you’ll usually find me chasing birdies, planning the next trip, or splitting Greenie duty with my wife for our very old (and very beloved) dachshund, Buffy.

This site is where I try to connect the dots – between work, life, and the bigger patterns hiding underneath. It’s my way of thinking out loud.
